About Us
Pest Possum is a locally owned company serving the Oakland and South Genesee County area.
Our family has been in the bug business for 20+ years. We pride ourselves on being prompt, courteous, and professional. You can count on us to rid your home or business of unwanted pests.
At Pest Possum, we believe in an honest, up-front approach with minimal environmental impact and recurring costs. Most pest control companies push monthly, recurring services. We believe monthly pesticide applications are not needed...most of us have enough monthly bills!

KEEPING YOUR HOME PEST-FREE
Each home or business is unique, as are the pest problems associated with them. As a general rule, we’ve found very few situations require more than four applications per season. With this in mind, we offer the following:
One-time Service
Some pest problems can be handled with one visit. We take a realistic approach to solving our client’s pest problems and won’t try to pressure you into recurring services if they aren’t wanted or needed.
Twice a year / Peak Pest Season Plan
When temperatures change, bugs start moving. Our Spring and fall inspections and treatment is a popular way to keep bugs out of your home or business during these seasonal changes.
Two, Three, or Four treatment Plans (ants, spiders, hornets)
For homes in need of general pest control, we offer two, three, or four-visit plans. Each plan begins with a thorough inspection and initial treatment. These plans cover a broad range of over 40 common Michigan Pests.
Our four-treatment plan can be an excellent choice for Michigan homes in need of general pest control. This service usually consists of four exterior treatments (interior on an as-needed basis). For best results, we typically have a spring treatment, early summer, late summer, and fall treatment.
Emergency Pest Control
Bugs can be unpredictable and sometimes the problem cannot wait. We offer emergency night/weekend services.
